The Passengers Choice Awards represent the voice of the world's airline passengers, voted by 18.8 million air travellers from over 100 nationalities in the
2011 World Airline Survey. The awards are respected and recognised across the world as the only truly global, independent benchmark of airline standards.
Established for over 12 years, the Passengers Choice Awards are managed by SKYTRAX, the aviation research organisation.

"The World Airline Awards are known as the Passenger's Choice Awards, underlining the fact that Oneworld are succeeding in satisfying the hardest critics, actual air travellers."

The Passenger Choice Awards are based on the global air traveller surveys conducted by SKYTRAX. The surveys provide a detailed analysis of the Airline Passenger Experience, from the standard of
services in the airport environment to the quality of onboard services and product. This includes seat comfort, inflight entertainment, cabin environment and comfort, onboard catering
and the cabin staff service standards - the typical Airline Passenger Experience. |
